Verlinvest and Mistral Equity Partners completed an investment in Insomnia Cookies.

Verlinvest, an international, family-backed evergreen investment company, and Mistral Equity Partners, a private equity firm that specializes in the consumer and media sectors, completed an investment in Insomnia Cookies, a chain of bakeries in the United States that specializes in delivering warm cookies, baked goods, and ice cream. Financial terms were not disclosed.
