Asker Healthcare Group to acquire Kirstine Hardam.

Asker Healthcare Group, a partner to caregivers and patients that provides medical products and solutions, agreed to acquire Kirstine Hardam, a company that offers a wide range of products related to healthcare and nursing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to welcome the Hardam team to the Asker family. Over the past 45 years, Hardam has built a strong position and a portfolio of high-quality products supporting patients in post-surgical aftercare, which will complement our existing presence in Denmark well," Johan Falk, Asker Healthcare Group CEO.
