DELABIE Group to acquire KWC Professional from Equistone Partners Europe.

DELABIE Group, a provider of tapware and sanitary equipment for public and commercial buildings, agreed to acquire KWC Professional, a specialised system and solution provider for sanitary room equipment and intelligent water management systems, from Equistone Partners Europe, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud to have supported KWC Group over the past four years.
