SAMEDAY to acquire Cargus from MidEuropa.

SAMEDAY, a parcel carrier company, agreed to acquire Cargus, a private courier company on the Romanian market, from MidEuropa, a private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Throughout our investment in Cargus, we focused on enhancing the company’s digital capabilities.
