Chimera Investment to acquire HomeXpress Mortgage from Seer Capital.

Chimera Investment, a real estate investment trust, agreed to acquire HomeXpress Mortgage, a mortgage lending company, from Seer Capital, a diversified, credit-focused investment firm.
