Chimera Investment completed the acquisition of HomeXpress Mortgage from Seer Capital for $263m.

Chimera Investment, a real estate investment trust, completed the acquisition of HomeXpress Mortgage, a mortgage lending company, from Seer Capital, a diversified, credit-focused investment firm, for $263m. “The successful closing of this transaction is a major step in the continued evolution of Chimera.
