NWF Group to acquire Pinnock Brothers.

NWF Group, a specialist agricultural and distribution business, agreed to acquire Pinnock Brothers, a family-run, independent fuel delivery company. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Meeting NWF Fuels confirmed they share our passion for customer service, which made it an easy decision for us to partner with them on the sale of our business. We wanted to make sure our staff were taken care of, and our reputation was maintained. We’re really pleased the team and business will stay local, continuing to offer the great service our customers depend on,” Andrew Pinnock, Pinnock Fuels previous owner.
