Arrive Mobility, a mobility company, completed the acquisition of the 92.7% majority stake in Be-Mobile, a traffic management solutions provider, from Proximus Group, a telecommunications company, for €175m. "This agreement represents a significant step forward in our journey toward making cities more livable. The deal strengthens our ability to innovate, while making parking easier and more accessible for both local drivers and visitors, improving everyday mobility experience.
