Arrive Mobility to acquire 92.7% stake in Be-Mobile from Proximus Group for €157m.

Arrive Mobility, a mobility company, agreed to acquire 92.7% stake in Be-Mobile, a traffic management solutions provider, from Proximus Group, a telecommunications company, for €157m. "This agreement represents a significant step forward in our journey toward making cities more livable. The deal strengthens our ability to innovate, while making parking easier and more accessible for both local drivers and visitors, improving everyday mobility experience.
