Socar Turkey Enerji, primarily engaged in the exploration, production, refining, and marketing of oil and natural gas products, completed the 25% stake acquisition of TFS, the authorized aviation fuel supplier of the IGA Istanbul Airport, offering services related to storage, transfer, and refueling of aviation fuels, from Demiroren Holding, a media organization in the field of newspaper, television, internet and magazine publishing, printing, and distribution. Financial terms were not disclosed.
