Providence Equity Partners-backed 365 Retail Markets, an innovator in unattended retail technologies, agreed to acquire Cantaloupe, a global technology company offering end-to-end technology solutions for self-service commerce, for $848m. “A rapid transformation in unattended retail is underway right now as our customers look for more sophisticated ways to grow their business.
