Supernus Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing products for the treatment of central nervous system diseases, agreed to acquire Sage Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company providing brain health medicines, for $795m. “This acquisition represents a major step in bolstering our future growth.
