Nova Capital completed the acquisition of Shakespeare from Jadex.

Nova Capital, a private equity firn, completed the acquisition of Shakespeare, a manufacturer specializing in engineered materials and components, from Jadex, a manufacturer and material sciences company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been proud to be part of Shakespeare’s growth since Jadex’s formation in 2019. We are excited to watch it continue to grow and thrive as a standalone business under Nova’s ownership,” Mario D’Ovidio, Jadex CEO.
