Ardian-backed Renta completed the acquisition of Tunnelling Infrastructure Assets from AGTunnel and W. Giertsen Services.

Ardian-backed Renta, a Northern European full-service equipment rental company, completed the acquisition of tunnelling infrastructure assets from AGTunnel, a tunnel contractor, and W. Giertsen Services, an industrial group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The transactions mark another step forward in our pursuit to grow in the attractive tunnelling infrastructure rental market.
