Crosstree Real Estate Partners completed the acquisition of Barwood Land from Baupost.

Crosstree Real Estate Partners, a private real estate investment firm, completed the acquisition of Barwood Land, a land promotion business, from Baupost, a hedge fund. Financial terms were not disclosed.
