New Water-backed Nelson Miller Group, a full-service provider of engineering, manufacturing and supply chain solutions for OEM customers, completed the acquisition of New England Keyboard, an engineering and design company specializing in the design and manufacture of custom keyboards, keypads and membrane switch keyboards. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition represents a significant step in expanding our capabilities and deepening our presence in industries like defense and aerospace. Together, we will be able to offer even more value to customers through a broader portfolio of solutions, world-class engineering support, and global manufacturing resources," Rich Fitzgerald, Nelson Miller Group CEO.
