Perwyn-backed Atec Group completed the acquisition of Moorhouse Group from Lucida Group.

Perwyn-backed Atec Group, a data-centric business, completed the acquisition of Moorhouse Group, an insurance broker, from Lucida Group, an insurance group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re delighted to make this announcement and hugely excited to welcome Moorhouse to the Atec Group.
