Pohjolan Liikenne completed the acquisition of Oubus.

Pohjolan Liikenne, a Finnish bus company and the road services division of the state-owned VR Group, completed the acquisition of Oubus, a family-owned company providing both charter and local bus services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Oulu is a new, interesting contract transport market for Pohjolan Liikente. With the acquisition, we will expand our operations to Oulu, which will become our northernmost transport area. Oubus is a locally well-known and respected operator and we will continue the same good work together.
