United Risk completed the acquisition of Pinnacle Underwriting.

United Risk, a property and casualty insurance underwriting and distribution platform, completed the acquisition of Pinnacle Underwriting, a specialty facultative reinsurance MGA. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Pinnacle puts United Risk squarely within the top five largest MGAs in the world.
