Toyota Tsusho completed the acquisition of a minority stake in SK Nexilis Malaysia.

Toyota Tsusho, the trading and investment arm of the Toyota Group, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in SK Nexilis Malaysia, a company manufacturing ultra-thin copper foil. Financial terms are not disclosed. The strategic collaboration between SK Nexilis, which has the world's best copper foil manufacturing technology, and Toyota Tsusho, with its competitiveness in materials distribution, will be a driving force for both companies to enhance competitiveness in the global EV market.
