Ardian-backed Solina completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bowman Ingredients Thailand.

Ardian-backed Solina, a global provider of customized food ingredients and flavor solutions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bowman Ingredients Thailand, a family-owned Thai manufacturer specializing in coating solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bowman Ingredients Thailand has a strong foundation and an excellent reputation for delivering value to customers in the region.
