NBIM and Pollen Estate to form a joint venture in a £127m deal.

NBIM, an asset management unit of the Norwegian central bank, and Pollen Estate, one of London’s most historic property portfolios, agreed to form a JV in a £127m deal, focused on new investment and development opportunities across the Pollen Estate’s prime Mayfair holdings.
