JB Poindexter completed the acquisition of Demers Braun Crestline Medix.

JB Poindexter, a business enterprise that provides commercial automotive and manufacturing goods and services, completed the acquisition of Demers Braun Crestline Medix, a North American ambulance manufacturer.
