Thyssenkrupp Nucera, a company in electrolysis technology, completed the acquisition of Key Technology Assets from Green Hydrogen Systems, a Danish company specializing in pressurized alkaline electrolysis. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction aligns well with our long-term technology development roadmap and is built on a solid financial foundation.
