Licor Zone to acquire a 10% stake in Arkay Beverages for $150m.

Licor Zone, a Mexican spirits producer and operator, agreed to acquire a 10% stake in Arkay Beverages, a producer of alcohol-free spirits, for $150m. "This is more than a financial transaction.
