CK Hutchinson Holdings-backed Hutchison Telecommunications Amsterdam, a subsidiary company, agreed to acquire 10% stake in Hutchison Telecommunications Australia, an Australian publicly listed company, from Spark New Zealand, a telecommunications and digital services company, for NZD47m. "The decision to divest the shareholding is consistent with Spark’s current strategic review of non-core assets," Spark New Zealand statement.
