Astek, a global engineering and technology consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Life Sciences Business from Keyrus, a data and digital consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through this transaction, our group is refocusing its efforts and investments on its core Data & AI business, which requires organic resources in terms of innovation and the development of new technological partnerships, and intends to participate in the consolidation of the market through external growth," Eric Cohen, Keyrus Founder and Chairman.
