C&S Wholesale to acquire SpartanNash for $1.77bn.

Synopsis

C&S Wholesale, a wholesale distributor of food and grocery items to retailers, supermarkets, and other food service providers, agreed to acquire SpartanNash, a food distributor and grocery store retailer that offers a wide range of products including grocery, dairy, frozen foods, meat, deli, bakery, and health and beauty care items, for $1.77bn.
