Universal Engineering Sciences completed the acquisition of Geohazards.

Universal Engineering Sciences, a provider of multitude of superior geotechnical services to clients with immediate needs, completed the acquisition of Geohazards, a geology and engineering firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re very excited to welcome Geohazards to Team UES. They are dedicated to their clients and always developing innovative solutions to serve those clients.
