Øgreid-backed Verket Investering to acquire Ramco Holding Norway and Ramco Norway from Ramco Pipetech Holdings.

Øgreid-backed Verket Investering, a Norwegian investment company, agreed to acquire Ramco Holding Norway, a Norwegian limited liability company within the industry of other support activities, and Ramco Norway, a leader in the care and maintenance of OCTG, from Ramco Pipetech Holdings, a UK-based company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Øgreid invests in companies with proven profitability and skilled management.
