Faria Education completed the acquisition of Vectare.

Faria Education, an international education services and technology provider supporting schools, students, and families worldwide, completed the acquisition of Vectare, a UK-based provider of digital school transport solutions for the education sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re thrilled to welcome Vectare into the Faria family.
