Oakley Capital-backed Phenna Group completed the acquisition of Asset Management Engineers.

Oakley Capital-backed Phenna Group, a provider of testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services, completed the acquisition of Asset Management Engineers, an engineering asset management and assurance services provider.
