KLAR Partners-backed Sandbäckens completed the acquisition of Caeli.

KLAR Partners-backed Sandbäckens, a Swedish technical installation and services company offering electrical, heating, ventilation, automation, fire safety, plumbing, refrigeration, and related solutions, completed the acquisition of Caeli, a company that specializes in construction contracting, offering execution contracts, total project responsibility, and collaborative project management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Becoming part of Sandbäckens and the Nimlas Group opens entirely new opportunities for Caeli.
