Ardian Capital-backed Cerelia Group, a French food manufacturing company producing ready-to-bake doughs, pancakes, and bakery products for retail and foodservice markets, completed the acquisition of Humlum, a Danish food manufacturing company producing ready-to-bake doughs, tartlets, and other bakery products for retail and foodservice markets, from Kakes, a Danish food company engaged in the production and sale of bakery and pastry products, and Brod DK, a Danish bakery company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
