Škoda JS completed the acquisition of Movyko.

Škoda JS, a Czech Republic-based company that provides engineering, production and service for nuclear power plants, completed the acquisition of Movyko, a manufacturer of spare parts intended to serve nuclear power plants. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, we gain unique know-how and expand our portfolio of services and products in the field of servicing and modernisation of nuclear power plants. This is a strategic move on our part, strengthening our role in ensuring reliable operation and extending the lifetime of nuclear power plants to 60+ years," František Krček, Škoda JS CEO.
