Kirk Kapital-backed DOT completed the acquisition of Pluscoat.

Kirk Kapital-backed DOT, a metal surface treatment services provider offering hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, painting, and metallization, completed the acquisition of Pluscoat, a total supplier within industrial surface treatment and Denmark's only supplier of E-coating. Financial terms were not disclosed.
