Rubrik to acquire Predibase.

Rubrik, a provider of cloud data management solutions for businesses, agreed to acquire Predibase, a platform that provides tools for productionizing open-source AI. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We created Predibase to lift the barriers between an idea and production-ready AI.
