Inflexion-backed Celnor Group completed the acquisition of Scaled Solutions.

Inflexion-backed Celnor Group, a provider of specialist testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services to commercial clients, completed the acquisition of Scaled Solutions, an independent laboratory testing facility, established in 1999 to service the Oil and Gas Production Industry.
