MVI Equity-backed Nestit Group completed the acquisition of Aditor and Computime.

MVI Equity-backed Nestit Group, a Nordic provider of IT and office solutions, completed the acquisition of Aditor, which provides a range of IT and cloud services, and Computime, a consulting company for IT companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see a strong and growing demand from small and medium-sized companies for solutions that are adapted to their everyday lives and that create real value directly in the business.
