Midea Group completed the acquisition of non-US businesses from Carestream Health.

Midea Group, a Chinese electrical appliance manufacturer, completed the acquisition of non-US businesses from Carestream Health, an American medical imaging company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through the transaction, Carestream Health is expected to benefit from an improved balance sheet and greater strategic emphasis on the US market, strengthening its ability to continue delivering industry-leading solutions and technologies to medical providers and customers.
