Inwi and Maroc Telecom and Etisalat to form a joint venture.

Inwi (Wana Corporate), provides mobile, fixed-line, and internet services to residential and business customers, and Maroc Telecom (Maroc Telecom) is Morocco’s leading telecommunications provider, offering mobile, fixed-line, internet, and data services and Etisalat, a main shareholder, agreed to form a joint venture, for MAD4.4bn. As part of the joint venture, the two operators have committed to pooling their passive telecommunications infrastructures by creating two equal joint ventures: a FiberCo and a TowerCo.
