ONE Nordic to acquire ATS Tjänster from PEAB.

ONE Nordic produces and supplies electricity agreed to acquire ATS Tjänster, a company that operates, services, maintenance, and projects within electricity networks from PEAB and ATS Kraftservice. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ATS Services is a company we have had on our radar for quite some time and now was the right time to complete the acquisition. The company's operations complement other operations within ONE Nordic and further strengthen us in southern Sweden," Lars Gutenwik, ONE Nordic CFO.
