Polymath, a fintech company, completed the acquisition of operations and assets of Polymesh, a software development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition builds on Polymath’s strategic evolution towards a publicly-traded entity, following the agreement of its reverse takeover of AnalytixInsights. The combined acquisition strategy will position Polymesh as a layer one blockchain backed by a publicly traded company, expanding its capacity and credibility by further aligning the network with traditional regulated market frameworks.
