Nine Entertainment, an Australian media and entertainment company that operates a variety of media assets, completed the acquisition of sport assets of Optus, a telecommunications company in Australia, which provides mobile, telephony, internet, satellite, entertainment and business network services to more than 10 million customers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
