Qualium Investissement completed the acquisition of a minority stake in in Avisia from Societe Generale Capital Partenaires.

Qualium Investissement, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Avisia, an IT and data consultancy, from Société Générale Capital Partenaires, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "SGCP is honoured to have been able to support AVISIA since 2016.
