Altura Capital, a social impact investment firm, completed the acquisition of Color Factory Paint, a painting and waterproofing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this acquisition, Color Factory Paint LLC will expand operations into new areas of West Florida and Central Florida, increasing its reach, capabilities, and ability to serve clients.
