Sofina Foods completed the acquisition of Finnebrogue.

Sofina Foods, a food & beverage company, completed the acquisition of Finnebrogue, a food manufacturing business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition will allow Sofina Foods to continue our journey of ambitious expansion.
