TeamSystem, an Italian developer and distributor of management software solutions, completed the acquisition of a 15.67% stake in Mikro Yazılım, a developer and provider of commercial software solutions, from Dash Software. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the second put option exercised under the existing shareholder arrangements, TeamSystem has acquired a 15.67% stake in Mikro Yazılımevi Yazılım Hizmetleri Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi from six minority shareholders. The transaction involved the transfer of 24,040,708 shares on the closing date.
