Town Lane, a real estate investment manager, completed the acquisition of portfolio of shallow-bay industrial from Corebridge, a real estate investment trust, and Equus Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction demonstrates our commitment to investing in high-quality, difficult to replicate infill industrial real estate in growth markets with enduring fundamentals.
