Knights, a UK regional professional services business providing integrated legal and advisory services nationwide, completed the acquisition of Rix & Kay Solicitors, a regional law firm with offices across Kent and Sussex. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome the Rix & Kay team to Knights.
