TSG completed the acquisition of Ruven Baumgärtner Elektrotechnik and NRGreen.

TSG, a technical services provider for mobility solutions, completed the acquisition of Ruven Baumgärtner Elektrotechnik, an electrical design, installation and maintenance services provider, and NRGreen, a company that provides design, installation, and maintenance of solar panels and battery systems for commercial properties. Financial terms were not disclosed.
