Majors Management, a developer and operator of convenience stores, completed the acquisition of 35 retail fuel and convenience sites from Alimentation Couche-Tard. Financial terms were not disclosed. "These stores are an exciting strategic addition for Majors Management, and we are thrilled to expand the MAPCO brand into Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania," Ben Smith, Majors Management President.
